He is the company go-to for statistical issues and all things maths related.

A qualitative research expert with a particular interest in exploring sensitive topics an children's media. Kimberley has a particular passion for designing insightful methods that empower and give meaningful voice to our participants.

Alan is the owner and MD with overall responsibility for the Discovery and Childwise brands. He was delighted to bring Childwise into the Discovery family, seeing the opportunity to complement the more ad-hoc Hub offer from Discovery with the quality trend generation of the Childwise team. Alan is more excited about the AI powered dashboarding which means clients will have access to all the data behind the Monitor and Buzz Reporting – giving them unrivalled access to information that will help them understand their target audiences even more fully than they do now. 

Scarlet is a recent Psychology graduate, driven by a passion for research that contributes to positive social change and is mainly focussed upon quantitative methods with a dip into qual.

She’s loves working with children, and has had experience working in childcare settings as well as in a teaching assistant placement. She loves exploring new places, running, music festivals and discovering yummy food.

A recent graduate in Psychology and Communications, Arianna is passionate about understanding people through qualitative research, exploring the why and how of human behaviour.

She has extensive experience working with children and young people as a Scout Leader and a volunteer for AFS. Arianna loves meeting new people, travelling and scuba diving.
